Precious Paws is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

We serve communities by focusing on TNR and transport services.

​The purpose of Precious Paws is primarily to manage the population of stray and feral cats through Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) but will also  include transporting and placing cats and kittens for adoption as needed. This effort will primarily serve eastern Tennessee, southwest Virginia, and northwest North Carolina. Operations will be based in Johnson City, Tennessee.
